Ditch the fear… ask your team.
Think back for a moment. You came to this world some decades ago and started learning about life. You fell, and got up again. You went through childhood and teen-years with laughter and pain. Constantly changing and growing in different ways. Then you started a family and experienced a major growth spurt.
So where are you now? Are you still growing?

We can get stuck in the fear of failure.
This fear mainly exists in our imagination. And it feels really unpleasant. We want to hide and protect ourselves. It tends to make us indecisive and then we make more mistakes, which will lead to less confidence which will lead to even more mistakes.
As human beings we will always experience fear, especially in times of change. And caregiving changes everything, right?
I understand… fear can get in your way and it’s not fun! Fear stops us in our tracks.
No matter what, don’t let fear get in your way to achieve your goals and dreams and live your life. Tap into your confidence and inner trust, add a dose of courage and humour and keep moving forward. One step at a time is better than standing still.
Remember, you will always have help from your “team”.
