Heart to Home Meals

Heart to Home Meals started in Canada in 2007 under a different name. Since 2015 it has been called exactly that Heart to Home Meals.We are an operation of 20 outlets across Canada with Victoria being the 17th one and in operation since 2022.

We deliver nutritious inexpensive  frozen meals to seniors on Vancouver Island.

They’re very simple to heat, just a few minutes in the microwave* or about 30 minutes in the oven and presto! a great meal for around $10 on average. We also carry smaller meals and larger meals for varying appetites as well as soups, breakfasts and desserts!

Our meals are made freshly in Ottawa by our michelin  star chef Marc Miron who then works with his 2 partners Tim And Andrea who multiply Marc’s creations and ensure they are nutritionally sound as Andrea is also a dietician  who knows what goes into each meal and makes sure that they are easy to find ingredients either in the menu book or online.

We also deal with DVA so our veterans get a significant discount on the meals in most cases.
